Submissions
Turquoise Morning Press is genre fiction publisher. Although not primarily a romance publisher, we do publish a large number of romance and erotic romance titles. We strive to publish quality books, no matter the genre.Specifically, we are interested in acquiring for following genres:
• young adult
• mystery/suspense/thriller
• women’s fiction
• romance and erotic romance/erotica books
We will also publish cross-genre books within the above genres that include fantasy, urban fantasy, paranormal elements. For young adult works, we will consider middle grade, but our preference is for books focused toward teenagers/young adults.
We are no longer seeking non-fiction works and will only publish non-fiction for special projects. We are no longer seeking memoirs or illustrated children's picture books. We do not publish poetry.
Fiction lengths can range from short story to novel. For us, the preferred length for short stories range from 5-9,000 words, novellas 10-35,000 words, and novels no more than 80,000 words. Books under 40,000 words will be published in digital format only. Books over 40,000 words will be published in both print and digital formats. Shorter works may be combined into print anthologies with other authors.

Submission process:
• Prepare your manuscript in an electronic file, with 1 1/2 line spacing. No single line space. One inch margins.
• Submit your file as a .doc or .rtf file. Please, no Word Perfect or Microsoft Works. If you do not have Microsoft Word, please consider downloading Open Office software which is compatible.
• Provide a short query letter in the body of your email, including information about your project, your writing experience, your online presence, and if you have one, a brief marketing plan for your book.
• Attach and send both a synopsis and the complete manuscript.
